Preaching Prejudice

In what is a preacher, pastor, priest or any other leader who confesses to be Christian to honor or abide? They are to follow Jesus, the Bible, and the Holy Spirit of course, neither will contradict each other. So what does the Bible say about the leaders of our church?

1 Cor  9:16.  For if I preach the gospel, I have nothing to boast of, for necessity is laid upon me; yes, woe is me if I do not preach the gospel! 17.  For if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but if against my will, I have been entrusted with a stewardship. 18.  What is my reward then? That when I preach the gospel, I may present the gospel of Christ without charge, that I may not abuse my authority in the gospel.

So if I read this correct, I am not to be preaching with arrogance and judgment will come on me if I do not preach the truth. I must preach the unchanged word and not abuse my authority?

There are many suppose to be “Christians Preachers” that are preaching hate and chaos to further their “political agenda” instead of following what God’s word and the Holy Spirit. These “preachers” (I use the term loosely because they are deceivers, not preachers of God) are in all races and genders.

Martin Luther King said, “I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: that ALL MEN are created equal." God says we are all his children so why do we have “preachers preaching prejudices? THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING GOD!!!

We have a black president in the white house. There is three items to observe about this man in this position. Should anyone be allowed to be president? If you want to discriminate against this man for being black or Gov. Palin for being a woman, you are not following God. If you voted for or against this man solely because he is black, you are a racist. If you voted for him and you claim you are a Christian, I would check your faith because of what he does and his preacher says. Why do I say that? I don’t the Bible does.

You can tell if someone is a Christian by the fruit they bear and what they follow. His “Preacher”, Mr. Wright, uses God’s name in vain while preaching, treated whites as cause for all wrong, and pushes agendas directly contradicting God’s word. Prejudice is prejudice no matter which group is displaying it. A true Christian will not sit and listen to a prejudice preacher no matter their race; anyone staying to listening to Mr. Wright and/or agreeing with him, or agreeing with the New Black Panthers are not a Christian just like anyone a part of the Aryan Nation or the KKK are not Christians. We need to pray for them because they are truly lost in the darkness but they do not follow God.

We as Christians need to elect more Christians into political office and get rid of the filth that it currently hold these positions. I don’t care if they are white, black, Spanish, Asian, male or female as long as they are a true, God believing Christian. We need to clean up God’s churches and get back to the God’s truth because most preachers today are not following God. Let me give you some good hints on telling if a preacher is following God or if they are out for themselves. If he refuses with his tax free organization to tell where his financial backing is coming from and how much it has, he probably isn’t following God; a preacher of God will not have anything to hide. The only reason to hide is for the same reason Adam & Eve did, because they were sinning. If a “preacher” seams to always be for one particular group (minority, majority, men, women, rich, poor, etc), he is probably not for God. You can see “preachers” on TV all the time saying, “that group is discriminating against us because we are ….” You fill in the blank. Didn’t they just stereotype “that group? God says we are all brothers & sisters, not just someone that looks like us.

So why do you think these “preachers” are this way? I’ll give you a hint, THEY AREN’T FOLLOWING GOD!!! If they aren’t following God, then whom do they following? The only one left is Satan. Martin Luther King also said, “I have a dream that my four children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged BY THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN BUT BY THE CONTENT OF THEIR CHARACTER”. There is a lot of truth in this statement about how we should live as Christians. Why should we allow, buy or support TV shows, magazines, collage funds, that judge you by “the color of your skin” and not the “content of your character”. I know by making these statements that I may be labeled as prejudice or I just don’t understand someone’s view point. Well I am not prejudice and I do understand they are not following God but the devil. These people are sinning against God because even though they won’t want to admit it, they are prejudice. Martin Luther King also stated “I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and ALL FLESH SHALL SEE IT TOGETHER”. When he talks about “all flesh shall see it together” do you think he means only blacks, whites, or any other race by themselves, or do you think he means all races together? God wants all races.  

You may wonder why I have quoted Martin Luther King. This speech has so many statements which could have been spoken strait from God’s view. Too many of the “preachers” I have seen quoting it on TV, are quoting it but not hearing it; even ones who personally knew him. If Martin Luther King were here today he would be appalled at how far some blaspheming “preachers”, many of whom walked with him, have twisted the enlightening words he spoke on this day. I have one more quote from Martin Luther King but instead of reading it and quoting it; you need to hear it in your heart. This is what God wants. “When we let freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when ALL OF GOD’S CHILDREN, BLACK MEN AND WHITE MEN, JEWS AND GENTILES’ PROTESTANTS AND CATHOLICS, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, "Free at last! Free at last! Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!"

The only way to truly know if your preacher is following God or the world is to look where their treasures are stored. If they are following the agenda from the left, pushing abortion and the gay marriage, they are not a Christian. If they live a self exalted life, with the million dollar mansion, they are not a Christian. If they do not preach about Heaven and Hell both, and stand up for Christian rights over any race, gender or political party, they are not a Christian. The last census said 75% of Americans are Christian, if this is true there should be no problem getting are nation back to receiving God's blessing, we just need to have Christians running for office and Christians voting for them; unless you think God like some of you is preaching prejudice.
